Now we're getting a modern twist with one of the most powerful voices in Spanish music, La Marisoul. Classic performers like Los Hermanos Carlos and Bolero Soul will share the stage with her. All of this is taking place on Saturday, August 2nd at the John Anson Ford Theatre.
We get a lot of Latin music events in the LA area, so we can't complain about that. However, very few of those performances can evoke an old school vibe with such a romantic undertone like this one can. The 9th Annual Boleros De Noche brings bolero music to the John Anson Ford Theatre in Los Angeles, California, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 8:00 PM. After two sold-out nights in 2024, this show has some big shoes to fill in 2025!
Marisoul y Los Hermanos Carlos—Marisoul, Pepe, and Roberto—deliver passionate renditions of all-time classics that you likely know and love. Their decades-long journey from Placita Olvera, a hub of Latino culture in LA. Marisoul, Grammy-winning lead of La Santa Cecilia, brings a her powerful, versatile voice with raw emotion, drawing from icons like Olga Guillot and Ella Fitzgerald. Bolero Soul, brothers Arturo and Jose Luis, complemented with rich vocal harmonies and guitar work, continue their family’s musical legacy from 1930s Chapala, Jalisco. Expect classics like “Sabor a Mí” alongside reimagined boleros. It's set to be one of the most romantic nights at this venue!
